From our survey we have discovered that the demographic for our artist is mostly women aged between 19-24 who are students or employed and unmarried
We have chosen to represent this group in our video by the use of actresses of a similar age and social economic status in our narrative, that our demographic will instantly recognise and relate to. We will also use empowering shots of Lizzie to show female power and encourage the female demographic to idiolise Lizzie. A sizeable percentage of the demographic are male and therefore we incorporate aspects of the male gaze into our video.
We decided not to include ethnic groups in our survey the reason being, that youth culture has blurred ethnic boundaries and these days for example you will find many middle class white young people what would ahve ten years ago been considered black music.
